Using the store

You must have legal capacity to enter a purchase contract or the appropriate permission of a parent or guardian. Provide accurate checkout and contact details and keep any account credentials secure. Do not misuse the store, attempt unauthorised access, submit fraudulent orders or infringe the rights of others.

Products and prices

Product pages describe the goods offered for sale. Screens may display colours differently, but goods must still match their description. Prices, currency, applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown before you complete checkout. We do not charge undisclosed compulsory fees. Availability may change. If a material pricing or description error affects an order, we will explain it and offer a correction for your agreement or cancellation with a refund; we will not impose a higher price without your agreement.

Orders and payment

By submitting an order, you offer to buy the listed goods. An automated receipt confirms that we received your order. Our contract is formed when we send a dispatch confirmation, unless we expressly accept the order earlier. Payment may be authorised or collected through the methods shown at checkout. If we cannot accept or fulfil an order, we will notify you and return any payment taken without undue delay. We may request proportionate verification where fraud is reasonably suspected.

Delivery and ownership

Delivery arrangements and estimates are described in our Shipping Policy and at checkout. For consumer orders, risk normally passes when you or a person you nominate, other than the carrier, receives the goods. A carrier scan alone does not remove our responsibility to investigate non receipt. Ownership passes after full payment and delivery, subject to mandatory law.

Cancellation returns and remedies

Our Refund and Return Policy explains cancellation, returns and refunds, including applicable statutory rights. Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or makes a statutory remedy dependent on a warranty.

Store content and external services

Our content and branding are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. You may use the store for lawful personal shopping; other uses require the relevant rights or permission. External links and services have their own terms. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform and is not the seller of the goods under your purchase contract.

Our responsibility

We remain responsible for losses caused by our breach where legally recoverable. Nothing excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Events beyond our reasonable control may affect delivery, but they do not remove your cancellation, refund or other mandatory rights. We will explain material delays and work to resolve them.

Complaints and governing law
