About this policy

This policy explains how to cancel an order, return goods and request a refund from Martin Graham. It applies to purchases through our online store and any enabled Shop sales channel. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Cancellation and change of mind

For purchases covered by UK distance selling rules, you may cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving your goods. For an order delivered in separate instalments, the period generally begins after you receive the last item. Tell us by email or another clear statement before the deadline, then send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us. You can also contact us to cancel before dispatch.

How to request a return

Email rayk7627@outlook.com with your order number or other proof of purchase, the items concerned and, for faulty goods, a description of the problem. Photographs can help us assess damage but are not an absolute condition of your statutory rights. We will provide return instructions. Contacting us first helps avoid misdirected parcels; prior authorisation is not a condition of exercising a statutory cancellation right.

Return destination: 29 Stafford Road, Greenock, PA16 0TB, UK. Please verify the address with us before posting. This is a return destination, not a retail shop. Do not send goods to Shopify or to an address printed on the original parcel unless we instruct you to do so.

Condition and return costs

You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. Please return all included accessories and, where reasonably possible, the original packaging. We may deduct a lawful amount for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Original packaging is not an absolute requirement for statutory returns. You pay the direct cost of a change of mind return where this was disclosed before purchase. We cover reasonable return costs for goods that are faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrect or not as described. No restocking fee applies to statutory cancellations.

Refunds

For a valid cancellation, we refund the item price and the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery option. Any extra amount paid for premium delivery is not refundable under the cancellation right. We make the refund without undue delay and within 14 days of being informed of cancellation; for goods, we may withhold it until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first. Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee. Your payment provider may take additional time to show the credit.

Faulty goods and incorrect orders

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Where applicable, UK consumers have a short term right to reject faulty goods, generally within 30 days of delivery, and further rights to repair, replacement, price reduction or a refund. These rights can continue beyond the cancellation period. Report problems as soon as reasonably possible so we can arrange an appropriate remedy. Sale items have the same statutory protection.

Exceptions and exchanges

A statutory change of mind cancellation exception may apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, goods liable to deteriorate rapidly, or genuinely sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. An exception applies only where legally justified and relevant to the actual product; it does not remove rights for faulty or misdescribed goods. Exchanges depend on stock availability. Contact us before placing a replacement order.
